MIXED CAULIFLOWER BHAJIA

 

INGREDIENTS

Paneer

100 gm

Kaju (sabut)

25 gm

Cauliflower

1 kg

Kishmish

2 tsp.

Peas (boiled)

100 gm

Cardamom (big)

2

Ginger paste

2 tsp.

Ghee

2 tbsp.

Garam masala

1 tsp.

Salt

tsp.

Jeera

1 tsp.

Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)

Some

Curd

cup

Green chilly (finely chopped)

Red Chilly Powder

1 tsp.

Oil for deep frying

 

Tomato (finely chopped)  300 gms    

METHOD

Cut cauliflower into big pieces. Fry in oil till it gets golden brown. When it cools down, cut it into small pieces. Fry paneer. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry ginger and green chillies. Add tomato, all masala and curd. Add boiled peas and fried cauliflower. Cook till the oil surfaces. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Serve hot.

Serves: 7-8 adults
