VEGETABLE IDLI

 

 

The batter and method for making Vegetable Idli are same as for Plain Rice Idli. The only difference is that it is made after mixing the following ingredients with the batter.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

 

Carrot (big)

1

French Beans

4 Pcs

Small Cabbage

1

Peas (coarsely ground)

2 tbsp

 

METHOD

 

Finely chop the carrot, french beans and the cabbage and mix it with the Idli batter along with the peas. Follow the method of making plain Idlis.

 

Makes: 50 medium size Idlis.
