TOMATO ONION DOSA

INGREDIENTS

Rice : 200 Gms

Urad Dal : 50 Gms

Tomato : 250 Gms

Onion : 100 Gms

Little Oil

Pepper or Chilly Powder

Salt, Asafoetida (heeng), Curry Leaves and corriander.


METHOD

 

Make dough of rice and urad dal by grinding them into a fine paste.

Fry tomato and onion in little oil. To this add pepper or chilly powder, salt, asafoetida, curry leaves and coriander. Then add this mixture to the dosa dough.

Using the dosa dough, make delicious dosas.

Makes: 10-12 Dosas.
