MASALA VADA
Make paste as for Sambar Vada. Make it spicy to your taste by adding finely chopped ginger, coriander leaves, green chilies and green onions. Rest of the procedure is same.
The Masala Vada makes an excellent snack with coriander chutney or ketchup. However, it can also be served with Sambar and Chutney.
