SIZZLING SOUP

 

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable stock

5 cup

Murmure *

cup

Carrot (cut into round slices)

1

Salt

1 tsp.

Mushrooms 

Some

Ajinomoto

1/2 tsp.

Spinach leaves (cut into 2 pieces)

8-10

Soya sauce

1 tbsp.

Paneer (cut into cubes)

100 gm

Sherry and Black Pepper

1/4 tsp each

 

* make them crisp by frying. 

 

METHOD.

 

Make vegetable stock as for Talumin Soup. Put mushrooms, carrot and spinach. Add paneer. Mix ajinomoto, salt and black pepper. Add soya sauce and sherry. While serving, add murmure. Serve hot with chilly sauce.

 

Serves: 4-5 adults
