GREEN PEAS SOUP
INGREDIENTS

Peas |

Salt |
1 tsp. |

Cabbage (finely chopped) |

Soya sauce |
1 tsp. |

Carrot (grated) |

Corn flour |
5 tbsp. |
|
Ajinomoto |
2 pinch |
Oil |
2 tbsp. |
|
Sugar and Black Pepper |
tsp. each |
Water |

METHOD
Boil water. Add the peas and wait till they become soft. Keep aside. Heat oil in a kadahi. Add vegetables and ajinomoto and fry it on a high flame for half a minute. Put peas along with the water. Add sugar, black pepper and salt. Add Soya sauce. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water. Add the above paste to the soup. Cook it continuously while stirring for 3 minutes. Serve it with vinegar, Soya sauce and chilly sauce.
Serves: 5-6 adults
