FRESH CORN SOUP

 

INGREDIENTS

Bhutta (with fresh and small seeds)

Salt

1 tsp.

Onion (grated)

Black pepper

1/4 tsp.

Carrot(finely chopped)

Tejpatta and big Cardamom

1 each

French beans (finely chopped)

4-5

Water

4 cups

Ghee

1 tbsp.

Dalchini

1"

Sugar

3 tsp.

Milk

1 cup

 

METHOD

Peel the bhuttas and grate them. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add tejpatta, cardamom and dalchini. Fry the onions. Add carrots, french beans and bhuttas. Add milk, water, sugar, salt and black pepper. Cover it with lid. After one whistle switch off the gas. Serve hot. (Serve immediately).

 

Serves: 5-6 adults
