METHOD
Take a slice of bread and spread tomato sauce on it. Cover it with another slice. Put paneer masala and cover it with a third slice. Put coriander chutney and cover it with fourth piece of bread. Spread tomato sauce and cover it with the fifth piece. Press it with hand. Now make a thick paste of besan by adding water, salt and soda-bi-carb. Now dip the ready sandwich into the besan paste and cover it with breadcrumbs. Fry it in oil on a medium flame. Cut it into triangular shape. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney..
METHOD FOR MAKING PANEER MASALA

METHOD
Mash the paneer. Mix green chillies, ginger, roasted jeera, garam masala and black pepper. Mix it well with paneer.
