PANEER SALAD

 

INGREDIENTS

Carrots (Grated)

2

Shelled peas

1 cup.

Paneer

100 gm

Oil

1 tsp.

Mustard seeds (small)

tsp.

Salt

tsp.

Black pepper

tsp.

Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

For flavour


 

METHOD

Heat oil in a kadahi. Add mustard seeds. Add the grated carrot and shelled peas and cover for 2 minutes. Transfer it to a serving bowl. Mash the paneer and add to the above. Put black pepper, salt and chopped coriander. Mix it properly and serve.

Serves: 3-4 adults.
