KACHUMER SALAD

Peanut (fried) |

METHOD
Finely chop all the vegetables and mix in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, lemon, fried peanuts, green chilies and ginger. Mix properly. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
Serves: 5-6 adults.
