KACHUMER SALAD

 

INGREDIENTS

Potato (boiled)                  

1        

Ginger                   

2              

Cucumber

1

Coriander

for flavor

Radish

Peanut (fried)

200 gm

Tomato (big)

2

Lemon

1

Onion

2

Salt

1 tsp.

Green chilly

2

Black pepper

tsp.

METHOD

Finely chop all the vegetables and mix in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, lemon, fried peanuts, green chilies and ginger. Mix properly. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.

Serves: 5-6 adults.
