CUCUMBER AND MOONG DAL SALAD

 

INGREDIENTS

Mungdal

1 cup

Ginger

1"

Cucumber (finely chopped)

2

Fresh coconut (grated)

Coriander (finely chopped)

For flavor

Salt

1tsp.

Green chilly and Lemon

1 each

Black pepper

tsp.

METHOD

Soak mungdal for 1 hour. Take a bowl. Put mungdal, chopped cucumber, chopped coriander, green chilly, ginger, lemon, coconut, salt and black pepper. Mix it properly and serve.

Serves: 5-6 adults.
