CABBAGE SALAD

Mustard seeds (small) |

Cabbage (small) and Lemon |

Coriander leaves (finely chopped) |
For flavour |

Chana dal (roasted) |

Green chilly |

Peanut (coarsely ground) |

METHOD
Finely chop the cabbage. Keep it in a serving tray. Heat oil in a kadahi. Put mustard seeds. Fry the peanuts and chana dal for a minute. Put the tadka upon the cabbage. Put green chilly, ginger and coriander. Mix properly and serve.
Serves: 3-4 adults.
