Maida

500 gms

Curd

250 gms

Wheat flour (Atta)

100 gms

Water

METHOD 

Sieve the maida and wheat flour. Make a dough by mixing curd. Add water if required. The dough should not be too soft or too hard. Make thin and big rotis. Heat the kadahi upside down on the gas. Put the roti upon the kadahi. Very slightly roast (for about half a minute) both sides of the roti. Serve hot with Shahi Dal or Shahi Paneer.

Makes: about 15 rotis
