PANEER AND CABBAGE KULCHA

 

INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING

Cabbage (grated)

250 gms

Paneer (grated)

250 gms

Salt

tsp

Garam masala

tsp.

Black pepper

tsp

NOTE

Make the dough as for Naan.

METHOD FOR STUFFING

Mix cabbage and paneer together. Add salt, black pepper, garam masala to cabbage mixture. Make the balls of maida. Stuff the mixture into maida balls. Roll into slightly thick rotis. Grill it in tandoor till done.

 

Makes: 10-12 Kulchas
