INGREDIENTS

Maida

2 cup

Salt

1 tsp.

Wheat flour (Atta)

cup

Dry methi leaves

2 tsp.

Baking powder

tsp.

Potato (boiled)

kg

Black pepper

tsp.

Curd

2 tbsp.

METHOD

Mix maida, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, dry methi leaves and curd. Grate the potatoes. Make the dough by mixing potato. If green methi is not available then you can add yellow methi (ground). Make puris. Fry it in oil. Serve hot.

Makes: 25-30 puris
