THREE IN ONE RICE

1. WHITE RICE

Heat ghee in a kadahi. Put jeera, laung, dalchini, onions and green chillies. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked rice and salt and mix properly. Cut the paneer into small pieces and add to the rice. Keep aside.
2. ORANGE RICE

Heat ghee in a kadahi and add jeera, laung and dalchini. Then put rice. Add black pepper and salt and mix well. Mix 2-3 drops of orange color in 2-3 tsp. of water and add to the above. Mix it properly. Keep aside.
3. GREEN RICE

Spinach (juice) |

Heat ghee in a kadahi. Add jeera, laung and dalchini. Then put rice. Add salt, black pepper and spinach juice and wait till the water evaporates. Remove from flame and keep aside.
Take a deep square bowl. Arrange from bottom to top the rice of all the three colors - green, white and orange. Decorate it with tomato slices and chopped coriander. Serve hot.
Serves: 8-10 adults.
