BHUTTA PULAO

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Seeds (of fresh Bhuttas)

Green chilly

Peas (boiled)

Ghee

Basmati rice

METHOD

 

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Put all the sabut garam masala, ginger and green chilly. Put the rice. Fry it for 1 minute. Add bhutta and again fry it for 1 minute. Add water and mix. Add salt, roasted jeera and black pepper. Mix well. Close the pressure cooker and wait for 1 whistle. After few minutes remove the lid. Transfer the rice to a rice plate. Decorate it with boiled peas. Serve hot.

 

Serves: 7-8 adults.
