Curd

1 kg

Kesar leaves

10-15

Cardamom (small )

5

Sugar

5 tsp.


 

METHOD 

Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and keep aside for 5-6 hours. Transfer to a bowl and add kesar leaves, cardamom seeds and sugar. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve chilled.

 

Serves: 7-8 adults.
