ORANGE RAITA

 

INGREDIENTS

Curd

250 gm

Orange (peeled)

2

Salt

1 tsp.

Sugar

2 tsp.

Bhuna jeera

tsp.

METHOD

Tie the curd in a cotton cloth and keep aside for 1 hour. Transfer to a bowl, add sugar and beat till it becomes soft and smooth. Add the orange pulp to the curd. Add roasted jeera and salt. Mix well. Keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled.

Serves: 4-5 adults.
