MIXED FRUIT RAITA

 

INGREDIENTS

Curd

500 gm

Banana and Apple

1 each

Sugar

1 tsp.

Grapes

100 gm

Cardamom (small)

4

Pomegranate

250 gm

Saffron leaves

10-15

Milk

if required

METHOD

Tie the curd in a cloth and keep aside for 1 hour. Transfer to a bowl, put sugar and beat till it becomes smooth and creamy. Add milk if required. Add the saffron leaves and grounded cardamom. Add finely chopped bananas, apples, grapes and seeds of pomegranate. Mix well. Serve chilled.

 

Serves: 8-10 adults.
