GREEN CHILLY RAITA
INGREDIENTS

Curd |
200 gm |
|
Green chilly (big and thick) |
8-10 |
|
Salt |
1 1/2 tsp. |
|
Mustard (grounded) |
1 tsp. |
METHOD
Boil the green chilies in water. Add tsp. salt and beat the curd, which should be of a pouring consistency. Mix salt and grounded mustard together. Stuff this in green chilies. Put these green chilies in the curd. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
This raita will last for 4-5 days.
Serves: 8-10 adults.
