BHINDI RAITA

 

INGREDIENTS

Bhindi (sliced)

200 gm

Green chilly (finely chopped)

3

Curd (chilled)

500 gm.

Roasted jeera

tsp.

Peanut (grounded)

50 gm

Milk

2-3 tbsp

Coconut Powder

50 gm

Coriander (chopped)

for flavor

METHOD

Add the milk to the curd and beat well. Add green chillies, roasted jeera, salt, peanuts, coconut powder and chopped coriander. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Heat oil in a kadahi. Fry bhindi in oil till it becomes crisp. When it cools down, add to the curd and mix well. Serve chilled.

Serves: 7-8 adults.
