Rechauffing
Rechauffing is an important branch of cooking. This means utilization of left-over food by reheating and redressing.
Keep this in mind
Never recook, only reheat.
Make sure that the food is not spoilt.
Add additional moisture (gravy or sauce) during reheating.

Serve hot. Half warmed, reheated food may be unappetizing. |
