PANEER PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
| Milk | 500 ml | Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Paneer | 100 gm | Corn Flour | 2 tsp |
| Chhoti Elaichi (ground) | 6 | Water | 1/2 cup |
| Badam (chopped) | 8-10 | Pista (chopped) | 7-8 |
METHOD FOR MAKING CHASHNI
Heat water and sugar in a kadahi. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Bring it to boil and clean the syrup with diluted milk. Cook the syrup to one-thread consistency.

When the chashni is prepared, mash the paneer and add to it. This would make the chashni thin. Keep stirring so that it becomes thick again. Add milk. Cook for about 25 minutes while stirring continuously. Mix the corn flour in 1 tbsp of lukewarm milk and add to the above. Stir for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the flame and let it cool. Add rose water and elaichi powder. Garnish with chopped almonds and pista and refrigerate before serving.
Note: You can also decorate the pudding with thin silver foil.
Serves: 4-5 adults
