ORANGE KHEER
INGREDIENTS
| Milk | 1 Ltr | Orange Pulp | of 2 oranges |
| Sugar | 1 cup | Rose Water | 1/2 tsp |
| Kaju (cashewnuts) | 4-5 | Kishmish | 7-8 |
METHOD
Boil the milk to half its original quantity. Keep stirring at intervals especially, when it starts to thicken. Add sugar, bring to a boil and remove from flame. Let it cool. Add orange pulp, kaju, kishmish and rose water. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Serve chilled.
Serves: 4-5 adults
