ORANGE KHEER

 

INGREDIENTS

Milk 1 Ltr Orange Pulp of 2 oranges
Sugar 1 cup Rose Water 1/2 tsp
Kaju (cashewnuts) 4-5 Kishmish 7-8

METHOD

Boil the milk to half its original quantity. Keep stirring at intervals especially, when it starts to thicken. Add sugar, bring to a boil and remove from flame. Let it cool. Add orange pulp, kaju, kishmish and rose water. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Serve chilled.

Serves: 4-5 adults
