GAJAR KA HALWA

 

INGREDIENTS

Carrots (peeled and grated) 1 kg
Milk 1 Ltr
Sugar 60 gm
Ghee 1 tbsp
Khoya (grated) 2 tbsp

METHOD

Boil milk in a kadahi. Add carrots. Cook while stirring till all of the milk is absorbed. Add ghee and stir well for another minute. Add sugar. Keep stiring till it becomes dry. Garnish with khoya and serve hot.

Serves: 4-5 adults
