FRUIT CREAM

 

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple Slice 2 Dry Coconut Powder 4 tbsp
Banana 4 Cream 3/4 cup
Grapes (cut into two) 100 gms Red Color 2 drops
Orange Pulp 2 Sugar 2 tbsp
Chikoo (peeled and chopped) 2 Lemon Essence 1 drop

METHOD

Add sugar, essence and 1 drop of color to the cream and beat till it becomes light. Take the serving bowl and put one pineapple slice in the middle. Mix one drop of color in the coconut powder. Fill the center-hole of the pineapple slice with some colored coconut powder. Cut 3 bananas into two long slices each. Decorate these 6 banana pieces radially around the pineapple slice. Pour half of the cream. Chop the leftover banana and the pineapple slice. Add to the above along with the rest of the fruits. Pour the rest of the cream. Decorate with the colored coconut powder as desired. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Serves: 4-5 adults
