BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
| Bread Slices | 12 | Kewda Water | 1 tsp |
| Paneer | 200 gm | Yellow Color | 1 drop |
| Milk | 1.5 Ltr | Pista & Badam (chopped) | 7-8 each |
| Sugar | 1/2 cup | Chhoti Elaichi Powder | 1 tsp |
| Castor Sugar | 2 tbsp | Kesar Leaves | 8-10 |
METHOD FOR MAKING RABRI
Boil the milk to less than half its original quantity. Keep stirring at intervals especially, when it starts to thicken. Add sugar, bring to a boil and remove from flame. Let it cool. Add yellow color, kewda water, half of the dry fruits and 1/2 tsp of elaichi powder. Keep aside.
METHOD FOR MAKING PUDDING
Cut the bread slices into circular shape using a sharp-edged bowl. Mash paneer along with 1/2 tsp of elaichi powder and castor sugar. Make 6 sandwiches stuffed with the paneer mixture. Pour some rabri in a serving plate, place all the sandwiches and pour the rest of the rabri on it. Garnish with kesar leaves and left-over dry fruits. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Serves: 5-6 adults.
