APPLE PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
| Milk | 1 Ltr |
| Apple | 1 big |
| Elaichi (Chhoti) Powder | 1 pinch |
| Kesar (Saffron) leaves | 8-10 |
| Sugar | 2 tbsp |
METHOD
Boil the milk. When it starts to thicken, lower the flame and keep stirring. Boil it to less than half the original quantity. Add sugar, elaichi powder and kesar. Leave aside to cool. Peel and grate the apple and add to the cool milk. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving.
Serves: 4-5 adults.
