SPICY TOUFU BALLS

INGREDIENTS

2 Big toufu (mashed with a fork)
bullet
4 small onions (chopped finely)
bullet
1 red chilli (chopped)
bullet
1 stock coriander leaf (chopped)
bullet
1 small garlic (chopped)
bullet
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
bullet
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin
bullet
1 tablespoon corn-flour
 

METHOD

bulletMix all ingredients in a clean, dry bowl and make it into small balls & deep fry into oil.
bulletScoop it up when it turns GOLDEN BROWN
bulletStrain the oil(if necessary)in a serviet
bulletThis recipe is now READY to SERVE 
bulletThis toufu goes well with LINGAM'S chilli sauce
