INGREDIENTS

2 Big toufu (mashed with a fork)

4 small onions (chopped finely)

|
1 red chilli (chopped)
| |
|
1 stock coriander leaf (chopped)
| |
|
1 small garlic (chopped)
| |
|
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
| |
|
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin
| |
|
1 tablespoon corn-flour
|
METHOD
| Mix all ingredients in a clean, dry bowl and make it into small balls & deep fry into oil. | |
| Scoop it up when it turns GOLDEN BROWN | |
| Strain the oil(if necessary)in a serviet | |
| This recipe is now READY to SERVE | |
| This toufu goes well with LINGAM'S chilli sauce |
