SPICY TOUFU BALLS

INGREDIENTS

 

2 Big toufu(mashed with a fork)
4 small onions(chopped finely)
1 red chilli(chopped)
1 stock coriander leaf (chopped)
1 small garlic(chopped)
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin
1 tablespoon cornflour
 

METHOD

Mix all ingredients in a clean, dry bowl and make it into small balls & deep fry into oil.
Scoop it up when it turns GOLDEN BROWN
Strain the oil(if necessary)in a serviet
This recipe is now READY to SERVE 
This toufu goes well with LINGAM'S chilli sauce
