FRANKY ROLLS

 

INGREDIENTS

Carrot (grated)

2

Cabbage (grated)

1

Beetroot (grated)               

1

Black pepper

1/2 tsp.

Capsicum (finely chopped)

Maida

200 gms

Potato (boiled and mashed)             

5-6     

Oil

5 tbsp.

Onion (thinly sliced) 2 Salt 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp Chilly Sauce 2 tbsp

METHOD

Mix oil and 1 tsp of salt in maida and make a dough. Heat oil in a kadahi. Add potatoes and half of cabbage and carrots. Add 1 tsp of salt and black pepper. Mix well. Cool it for some time. Shape the above mixture into 5-6 cylinderical cutlets. Make 5-6 chapatis of dough. On one side of chapati, spread little tomato sauce and chilly sauce. Then put cutlet, onion and spread grated cabbage, capsicum, beetroot and carrot. Roll the chapati and cut into 2-3 pieces. Serve hot with tomato and chilly sauce.

Makes: 5-6 rolls.
