INGREDIENTS

Maida

240 gms 

Butter

100 gm

Castor Sugar                             

40 gms

Milk Powder

1 tsp.

Cardamom (ground)

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar till it gets soft and smooth. Add milk powder and cardamom. Sieve maida. Add it to the above mixture in parts and make a dough. Roll it between your palms. Cut the biscuits with the help of a cutter or knife. Arrange in a well -greased tray and bake in a moderate oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes.

Makes: 15-20 biscuits
