COCONUT BISCUITS

 

INGREDIENTS

Butter                     

125 gm

Castor sugar                

50 gm

Maida

175 gm

Coconut powder

25 gm

Vanilla essence

1 tsp.

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar till it gets soft and smooth. Add vanilla essence. Mix maida and coconut powder. Make dough. Divide it into equal parts. Arrange it in a well-greased tray. Bake it in a hot oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool for some time. Store it in an airtight container.

 

Makes: 25-30 small biscuits
