SANDWICH CHAT
INGREDIENTS
| Boiled potatoes | 1/2 kg | Salt | to taste |
| Bread Slices | 8 | Red Chilly Powder | 1 tsp |
| Curd | 1 cup | Roasted Jeera Powder | 1 tsp |
| Oil | 2 tbsp | Whole Garam Masala | A Little |
| Tamarind Chutney | 2 tbsp | Garam Masala Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Coriander Chutney | 2 tbsp | Dhaniya Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Bhujia (sev) | 50 gms | Coriander leaves (chopped) | A few |
METHOD

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadahi and fry the Whole Garam Masala. Add coarsely mashed potatoes, a few coriander leaves, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and salt to taste. Fry for 2-3 minutes. | |

Divide the above into equal parts and make 4 sandwiches using the 8 bread slices. Grill them in a sandwich-toaster. Cut them into small pieces. | |
|
Pour curd and chutneys. Sprinkle the rest of the masalas and garnish with Bhujia and chopped coriander. |
