INGREDIENTS
| Bread Slices | 7-8 | Tomatoes (chopped) | 2 |
| Boiled Sprouts | 1 cup | Onion (chopped) | 2 |
| Boiled Potatoes | 2 | Coriander Chutney | 2 tbsp |
| Cucumber (chopped) | 1 | Tomato Ketchup | 2 tbsp |
| Readymade Mixture | 1 cup | Tamarind Chutney | 2 tbsp |
| Green Chilies (chopped) | 2 | Ginger (chopped) | 1/2" |
| Coriander Leaves (chopped) | A few | Rasted Dhaniya Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Red Chilly Powder | 1 tsp | Roasted Jeera Powder | 1 tsp |
| Chat Masala | 1 tsp | Black Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Oil for frying | 2 cups | Plain salt | to taste |
METHOD
Heat oil in a kadahi. Cut the breads into small pieces. Fry them to a golden brown color. Transfer them to 5 or 6 serving plates. Garnish with all the above ingredients.
Serves: 5-6 persons.
