KE DAHI VADE
INGREDIENTS
| Bread Slices | 8 | Red Chilly Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Curd | 2 cups | Roasted Jeera Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | to taste | Tamarind Chutney | 2 tbsp |
| Chat Masala | 1/2 tsp | Coriander Leaves (chopped) | A few |
METHOD

Remove the sides of the breads. Make 4 vadas by soaking 2 bread slices at a time in water, sqeezing them and giving the desired shape. | |
|
Beat the curd. Dip each vada in the curd and place in a serving plate. pour the rest of curd over it and garnish with the remaining ingredients. |
