BREAD KE DAHI VADE

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Bread Slices 8 Red Chilly Powder 1/4 tsp
Curd 2 cups Roasted Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste Tamarind Chutney 2 tbsp
Chat Masala  1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) A few

 

METHOD

 

Remove the sides of the breads. Make 4 vadas by soaking 2 bread slices at a time in water, sqeezing them and giving the desired shape.

Beat the curd. Dip each vada in the curd and place in a serving plate. pour the rest of curd over it and garnish with the remaining ingredients.

 

Makes:  4 vadas
